Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of travel services arranged or provided by Ra Reisen. By making a booking, the customer accepts these terms.

§ 2 Contract Conclusion

The contract is concluded when Ra Reisen confirms the customer's booking in writing or by email.

• The customer's booking request constitutes a binding offer.
• Ra Reisen reserves the right to decline bookings without stating reasons.
• The contract is concluded with the tour operator named in the booking confirmation.

§ 3 Payment Terms

Payment is made as follows:

• A deposit of 20-30% is due upon booking confirmation.
• The remaining balance is due at least 14 days before departure.
• For short-notice bookings (less than 14 days before departure), the full amount is due immediately.

§ 4 Cancellation and Withdrawal

The following fees apply for customer cancellations:

• Up to 30 days before departure: 20% of the travel price
• 29-14 days before departure: 50% of the travel price
• 13-7 days before departure: 75% of the travel price
• 6 days or less before departure: 100% of the travel price

§ 5 Service Changes

Ra Reisen reserves the right to make changes to the travel program for valid reasons (e.g., force majeure, safety concerns). The customer will be informed immediately. In case of significant changes, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge.

§ 6 Liability

Ra Reisen is liable for the proper provision of the contractually agreed services. Liability is limited to three times the travel price, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

§ 7 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation and health insurance. This is not included in the travel price.

§ 8 Final Provisions

The law of the Arab Republic of Egypt applies. The place of jurisdiction is Hurghada, Egypt. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
