Booking & Reservation

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (October to April). For short-notice bookings, please contact us directly – we'll do our best to fulfill your wishes.
Yes, cancellations and changes are free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour starts. Shorter notice changes may incur fees. Contact us in time, and we'll take care of everything.
Payment
We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer and cash payment on site. If you have any questions about payment, please contact us.
For most tours, a deposit of 20-30% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount can be paid on site or before departure.
Tours & Activities
Our prices usually include transportation, professional German-speaking guides, entrance fees, and for multi-day tours also accommodation and meals. Details can be found in the respective tour description.
