About this Tour

Day trip to the Monasteries of St. Anthony and St. Paul. Discover the oldest Christian monasteries in the world, located in the mountains by the Red Sea.

We leave early in the morning and first visit St. Anthony Monastery, founded in the 4th century. Admire the ancient frescoes and the peaceful atmosphere.

After lunch, we visit St. Paul Monastery, also from the 4th century. Both monasteries are still inhabited today and offer a unique insight into early Christianity.

In the evening we drive back to Hurghada.
